How to View Transfer Run History

The Run History page helps you track and monitor every scheduled task that has been executed. Whether you’ve scheduled a one-time transfer or recurring automations, Run History gives you a complete overview of each run, making it easy to verify that your tasks were processed as expected.
Viewing your scheduled task activity
At the top of the page, you’ll find a summary of all scheduled task executions within the selected time period. The dashboard displays:
- Runs in Window – The total number of task executions during the selected date range.
- Succeeded – Tasks that completed successfully.
- Partial – Runs where some files were processed successfully while others couldn’t be completed.
- Failed – Tasks that were unable to complete successfully.
These metrics provide a quick snapshot of your scheduled automation activity without having to review each run individually.
Finding a specific run
As your scheduled tasks grow, you can quickly narrow down the run history using the available filters.
You can filter runs by:
- Status (All, Succeeded, Partial, Failed, or Running)
- Operation (Copy, Move, or Delete)
- Schedule, to view runs for a particular scheduled task
- Date Range, to display runs from a specific period
If you’re looking for a particular execution, simply use the Search bar. You can also click Refresh to load the latest execution results.
Reviewing execution details
Every scheduled task execution is recorded in the Run History dashboard, providing a complete audit trail for your automations. Once a scheduled task starts running, its execution status and processing details are automatically logged, allowing you to monitor its progress and review the outcome at any time.
If no scheduled tasks have been executed yet, the dashboard will display a No runs yet message. As soon as your schedules begin running, each execution will appear here automatically.
